Key Responsibilities:

Enhance AI Operations : Prototype and utilize latest generative AI LLMs and tools to streamline processes and tools, enabling faster and more effective AI Agents development across various verticals.

Lead R&D Efforts : Lead infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and monitoring for model training, fine-tuning, serving, and retraining workflows.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for new AI-driven products through data insights.

Program-Level Initiatives : Lead initiatives focused on the initial development of AI-powered products.

Ethical AI/ML Practices : Ensure AI models are transparent, relevant, and ethically used.

Collaboration : Collaborate with data scientists, cloud architects, and security teams to operationalize ML/LLM applications reliably and securely.

Compliance : Ensure robust PHI/PII compliance (HIPAA, SOC2) across all environments.

Job Scope:

This role requires ownership with minimal technical guidance, handling end-to-end infrastructure and deployment lifecycle for GenAI applications in a highly regulated, multi-cloud setup. You will constantly Evaluate and integrate new model families (e.g., xAI, Gemini, GPTx) into secure production-ready stacks.
