Job Description
Our client is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer with a focus on Business Development. The ideal candidate will:
Work collaboratively with business development, sector, program, and operational leaders. A team player mentality is essential.
Be willing to travel locally and nationally for industry trade shows, events, and technical meetings.
Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
Have 15+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in lead generation, proposal creation, sales presentations, and project execution for civil engineering projects.
Possess excellent communication and technical writing skills.
Have a proven track record in client development, revenue generation, project implementation, and established industry/regulatory contacts.
Hold a professional engineering license in NJ and/or PA.
Report to the Vice President of Engineering and potentially supervise junior or mid-level staff.
