You are a seasoned Full Stack Engineer and technical leader with deep expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. You care about clean code, scalable systems, and delivering products that make a positive impact. Youve built and led complex, high-performing platforms and can mentor others while remaining hands-on. Youre driven by outcomes, passionate about user experience, and thrive in collaborative, agile environments.
What you will do
Architect, design, and build end-to-end web and mobile applications using React, .NET Core, and cloud-native technologies. Lead the development of robust, scalable systems across front-end and back-end layers. Guide the adoption of modern architectural patterns such as Micro Frontends and Microservices. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and other engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Participate in the integration effort between front-end and back-end components. Implement DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployments. Provide technical mentorship and code reviews to team members. Optimize applications for performance, security, and maintainability.
What you need
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 8+ years of professional software development experience. Proven full-stack expertise, with strong skills in: - Front-End: React; modern UI/UX design principles; responsive design. - Back-End: C#, .NET Core, SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs. - Cloud/DevOps: AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS), CI/CD pipelines. Experience leading architecture, code quality, and technical decisions at a senior level. Solid understanding of system design, performance optimization, and application security. Bonus: Experience with Python or data processing tools.
