Responsibilities
Architect, design, and develop AI knowledge hub and AI agent apps for business automation Lead and mentor team members on software engineering best practices Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university, with 8 years' of relevant Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university, with 6 years' of relevant experience PhD in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier university, with 3 years' of relevant experience Our Hiring Process is "Easy with eGain"
Step 1:
Written test
Aptitude section - this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less) Functional section - this is a take-home programming test Step 2 Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)
