About the position:

This member of our Process Development Team will be entrusted with fulfilling our mission of bringing smart displays to the world. The Process Development Engineer is responsible for creating or improving systems that enable commercial- scale production of E Ink's unique electrophoretic materials - including pigments, colloidal dispersions, microcapsules, and other additives - through innovation and exploration. This team member will work on cross-functional teams and will be responsible for delivering solutions that address both the technical and business challenges of the project, and will develop into a subject matter expert able to succeed on a variety of different projects and project teams.
