Job Overview:The Process Engineer-II supports the key fundamentals of Logistics; Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost Reduction initiatives through process development and process improvement projects. Projects are driven by process improvement, operations capital investment plan, overall ROI, initiatives and the operations business plan.Highlights of your role:• Identify and implement continuous improvement activities within Logistics, production, and business processes.• Develop processes related to Logistics, standard work and create and maintain process documentation.• Collaborates with cross functional teams to enhance strategic Logistics processes.• mentor a small team of logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.• Oversee Logistics projects from inception to completion• Utilize advanced analytics and modeling techniques to predict trends, optimize logistics processes, and drive data-driven decision-making.• Actively deploy lean concepts throughout the organization.• Support Process Lead in PPT/IPT projects.• Conduct extensive data analysis for effective problem solving.• Assist in analyzing, identifying, and resolving problems related to logistics and lead problem solving groups.• Develop and maintain Distribution Center layouts and fixtures.You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required• 2-4 years of Engineering experience required• 2D and 3D modeling knowledge required• Experience leading teams preferred• Demonstrated, strong written and oral communication required• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is requiredWe invite you to See Yourself at Marvin:From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
