Role Summary: Lead the biosolids process engineering practice, support business development, and drive growth through technical leadership and project delivery. Support water utilities sector, mentor staff, and develop innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Stay current on industry trends and client needs. Support strategy development and growth initiatives. Participate in thought leadership and business development activities. Serve as technical advisor throughout project lifecycle. Mentor and supervise team members; build technical capacity. Lead technology development in residuals and biosolids. Qualifications: MS or PhD in Environmental Engineering or related field. 5+ years leading biosolids projects and pursuits. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; 15+ years of related experience. Professional registration/license in home country or active pursuit. Work Environment & Physical Demands: Office and construction environments, some physical activity, exposure to hazards, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
