Position offers an annual salary of $142,724.02

What You Drive at DTNA Manage end-to-end product life cycle for Daimler's digital products and services in Latin America, Australia and New Zealand. Build and manage external and internal relationships with international stakeholders that lead to strategic alliances and partnerships to support Daimler's connected initiatives. Full professional proficiency in Spanish is required to communicate with customers dealers, technicians, third-party vendors, and business partners in Latin America. Drive cross-business unit initiatives to bring new digital products to local market while leveraging Daimler's global platforms. Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses related to market size, business model and scenario analysis. Create, collect and lead requirements for POC, MVP, MSP, and action plans, managing each strategic growth opportunity through completion. Create, drive and steer monetization strategies for third-party integrations. Lead research studies to analyze local market conditions and assess present and future needs of Daimler's customers. Gather customer requirements to create product features utilizing SAFe/agile framework. Prepare product documents to support sales and aftersales teams with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise. Use market feedback to evaluate product functionality and drive present/future product direction. Develop and maintain product/services strategy and roadmaps. Travel to vendors/partners to attend tradeshows, product development meetings, and other activities to support customer relationships. Create and present reports for management including: product/market need summary, contribution forecasts (price, cost and volume), customer preferences, product definition, long and short-term product trends, test plans and competitor analysis/justification. Support the sales & marketing teams during product launches to ensure communications and go-to-market strategies align with the product features and roadmap. Knowledge You Should Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. 5 years of Software product management or related experience. Must include experience with: Project Management; Commercial vehicle, digital products or telematics; Databases & tools (Order explorer, Tableau, Specpro, IMACs, Engineering Client, etc.); UX role that involved documentation of features/user stories to describe the ideal customer experience; SAFe/agile processes, tools and teams; Product Management& tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.); and Market Research, Strategic Planning and Roadmap Techniques. Full professional proficiency in Spanish is required to communicate with customers dealers, technicians, third-party vendors, and business partners in Latin America. International and domestic travel is required, as needed, up to 20%. This notice is being filed as a result of the filing of an application for permanent alien labor certification.
