Product Manager - Engineered Solutions

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Set marketing strategies through continuous assessment of customer value levers, market price environment, gross profit/value analysis, application segment analysis, customer needs, and sales tools to communicate customer value.
Serve the MSS sales channel as a primary customer - create content and maintain close contact with global sales organization to ensure the promotion of Engineered Solutions.
Maintain, add to, and ensure adequate access for collateral such as engineered solutions reference lists, brochures, Quantified Business Results, web presence, Sales Portal sites, social media posts, and presentations.
Align with and work toward fulfillment of strategies for MSS Engineered Solutions that aligns with MSOL Integrated Marketing, Lifecycle Services, the MSS global marketing team, and other Business Units.
Lead the MSS, Engineered Solutions new product development process to address customer and market needs, fill product line gaps, and provide business growth.
Perform market analysis to identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends and market participation. Make recommendations for improvements in business strategies to improve MSS market penetration.
Contribute to and lead, where necessary, the formulation of regular reporting initiatives such as the MSS Strategic Plan, Board Meetings, VCC Meetings, etc.
Coordinate MSS, Engineered Solutions involvement in, prepare materials for, and attend various trade shows that deliver impact and return on investment.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical subject area
2 or more years of related industry experience.
Experience with sales, marketing, and/or product management in a business environment.
Up to 25%, both domestic and international travel
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
MBA
Experience with Control Systems and/or IIoT solutions.
Knowledge of hydrocarbon custody transfer applications, and/or
