    Job Description:

    We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team at Cage Engineering. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that all project requirements and deadlines are met, while also coordinating with our in-house team of engineers and other professionals.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project plans, timelines, and budgets based on client requirements
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify any potential issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Review and approve project deliverables, including designs, drawings, and specifications
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the project lifecycle
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an engineering firm
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations, with experience obtaining permits and approvals
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
