We manage the full lifecycle of real estate-from acquisition and entitlement through design, construction, and asset management. Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a Professional Engineer (PE) license and a strong background in Land Development Civil Engineering. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can lead complex development projects from concept through completion, while managing multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and report to the designated Project Executive. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of land development projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and timelines. Oversee the selection and management of project team members, including consultants and sub-consultants. Administer contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with project charters and regulatory requirements. Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes. Guide the entitlement and permitting process, working closely with local agencies and stakeholders. Prepare and present detailed project reports, technical documentation, and client presentations. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners. Required Qualifications Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in land development, with a strong portfolio of completed commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects. Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex project scopes. Deep understanding of site design, grading, drainage, utility planning, and permitting processes. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project); experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and BIM tools is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Compensation $160K- $200K
