Manage technical development, scheduling, and resolve engineering design issues. Oversee projects from inception to completion, including mechanical design, construction, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of building and infrastructure projects. Apply engineering techniques to improve building projects, including concept development, design, and construction phases. Interact professionally with regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and clients. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience. Professional Engineering (P.E.) license is required. Strong understanding of building design and codes. Leadership skills to meet deadlines and manage contracts independently. Willingness to travel within the region to project sites.
