Position Summary A leading manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Purchasing Admin to support its Purchasing team on a project-based assignment. This temporary role will focus on data integrity, ERP system updates, and administrative support related to procurement and supply chain operations. Ideal candidates will be quick learners, comfortable working independently, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Schedule: 100% Onsite | Flexible hours (standard schedule is 8 AM - 5 PM; earlier shifts like 7 AM - 4 PM also possible)
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $21-$23/hour

Key Responsibilities
Assist with demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management across multiple locations
Perform data integrity reviews in preparation for an upcoming ERP implementation
Enter and update item data within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Support the maintenance of contract management files and digital procurement platforms
Communicate effectively with team members to clarify project goals and data requirements
Collaborate on special projects as assigned by the Purchasing Manager
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in procurement, supply chain, or a related field strongly preferred
Experience working in or with ERP/MRP systems; Microsoft NAV experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong grammar and communication skills required
Advanced Excel skills preferred (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIF formulas)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
Comfortable asking questions, working through ambiguity, and learning new systems quickly
