What is Required (Qualifications): - A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in machine learning - Proven experience leading technical workstreams within a software engineering organization - Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the Python data science stack (e.g., Numpy, Pandas) - Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and the ability to integrate them into systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience integrating machine learning solutions into production-grade software - Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks, such as Named Entity Recognition - Hands-on experience with additional programming languages like Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript - Knowledge of ModelOps and MLOps principles - Experience mentoring or leading teams in a technical environment
