Our engineering teams are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong background in the software development life cycle. Youll help Grow Therapy providers and clients with the data, tools, and support they need to establish deep connections with each other, to unlock lifelong mental health support, and drive positive mental health outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, mission-aligned QA engineer to make an immediate impact on our rapidly scaling team. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving the quality and reliability of the application through daily smoke testing and exploratory testing; collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to build out and run test plans for large feature launches; identifying improvements in company QA processes to improve overall software development life cycle; owning end to end defect tracking and resolution processes; and serving as the subject matter expert on teams surface area and how it interacts with other team surface areas. Candidates should have 3+ years of proven QA experience, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, attention to detail, strong bias for action, effective communication skills, and ability to work with ambiguity. Nice to have experience includes working across multiple engineering teams, QA automation, testing AI-driven features, and exposure to health-tech data / EHR integrations.
