We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Quality Assurance Engineer and Tester with strong expertise in testing ServiceNow platform and application functionality. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure the quality and reliability of ServiceNow functionality.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for ServiceNow platform and application functionalityCollaborate with development teams to validate and test ServiceNow functionalityManages testing of developed/configured ServiceNow functionality (i.e., QA, Unit, Functional, Regression, Systems Integration Testing, UAT)Documents all test cases, test scripts and test results in ServiceNowSupports testing and implementation of platform upgrades and patchesCoordinates with product owners and internal teams to triage and remediate defectsParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, contributing to QA planning and test coverage estimationWork with cross-functional teams to ensure proper documentation and traceability of defects, test cases, and outcomesQualifications:Bachelor's Degree4+ years of experience as a Low Code Tester2+ years of experience with ServiceNow TestingExperience writing, executing, and maintaining automated test scriptsExperience with entire SDLC and Agile Scrum development methodologiesAbility to collaborate in a cross-functional team and communicate findings clearlyAbility to work with stakeholders to define requirementsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determinationSecurity & Benefits Requirements:Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance (Public Trust 5) within a reasonable period.Must be able to pass a Federal Background InvestigationMarket competitive salary, commensurate with experience and educationComprehensive benefits package available, Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), 401K with company match, growth, and promotion opportunities
