Job Summary:

We're growing-and we're looking for a Quality Engineer who's ready to make an impact. In this role, you'll support production and engineering teams to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. You'll be key in analyzing data, resolving issues, and enhancing processes that shape the future of our operations.

Job Duties:

Develop and implement inspection and testing standards to ensure product compliance and reliability.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions to root causes using 8D methodology.
Investigate non-conformities and create disposition plans for discrepant materials.
Train team members on quality processes, documentation, and control plans.
Design and update documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions, PFMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, and Quality Control Plans.
Use tools like Pareto charts to track quality issues and recommend improvements.
Partner with Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers on customer-facing quality matters.
Approve product, process, and equipment qualifications and participate in internal audits.
Evaluate and recommend updates for testing procedures, measurement tools, and inspection processes.

Qualifications:

1-5 years of quality or manufacturing engineering experience.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
Experience in manufacturing or electronics environments.
Strong understanding of quality tools: PFMEA, 8D, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
