Responsibilities Collaborate with QA team members, and across departments as needed, to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on product failures using both experimental and analytical methods.
Identify and disposition appropriate corrective and preventative actions, and follow them through the validation process.
Produce reports as needed to analyze and address trends in company objectives and KPIs.
Coordinate and control the company response to customer complaints, and grow relationships with customers through collaborative efforts.
Provide technical support both internally and externally, to customers, receiving inspection, final inspection, and manufacturing.
Ensure that products and processes adhere to company quality policy and guidelines.
Develop and implement new SOPs, WIs, and company standards as needed to ensure successful implementation of the company’s Quality Management System.
Support the company’s internal audit system and external third party audits, including AS9100, and customer on-site surveys.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years work experience in related field.
Excellent problem-definition, organizational, and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups Computer literate in Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn other database programs.
Proficient in English and able to compose written documents for dissemination to upper management, suppliers and customers.
Preferred Experience with ISO 9001/AS9100 requirements and auditing.
Experience with CAPA, RCCA, 8D Experience with the electrical and mechanical aspects of RF coaxial connectors, components, and cable assemblies.
