Quality Engineer
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for maintaining quality standards, conducting internal audits, and overseeing the work of quality inspectors to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and continuous improvement across production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
Supervise and support quality inspectors, providing guidance and training as needed.
Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality concerns.
Maintain and improve quality documentation, procedures, and inspection protocols.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive process improvements.
Participate in customer and third-party audits as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and internal auditing.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality inspection techniques.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Prior experience supervising or mentoring quality personnel is a plus.

Pay Details: $75, to $90, per year
