Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into automated solutions. Utilize Python and Power Automate to streamline processes and tasks. Manage and optimize CRM platforms, including Filevine, LeadDocket, and HubSpot. Provide technical support and training to staff members, ensuring they can effectively use the automation systems and CRM platforms. Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the automation solutions and systems, making adjustments as necessary. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation technology and make recommendations for improvements. Ensure all automation and systems adhere to industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm. Solid experience with Python and Power Automate. Proven experience with CRM platforms, including Filevine, LeadDocket, and HubSpot. Strong understanding of the legal industry and its regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
