Job Title: RF Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Responsibilities: Develop and propose designs for DAS and small cell networks. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project execution. Conduct site selection, data analysis, and use propagation modeling tools for system design. Create and modify node power designs using AutoCAD. Ensure compliance with FCC, OSHA, and city regulations for wireless systems. Optimize and troubleshoot DAS and small cell networks, supporting new technology trials.

Skills Required: Proficiency in RF Design, Project Management, Small Cell, and Power Engineering. Experience with Small Cell deployment, LTE, 5G, and RF propagation. Familiarity with prediction tools like Atoll and IBWave. Ability to use AutoCAD for power design modifications. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineering; Master's preferred. 2-4 years of RF engineering experience or equivalent.
