Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in RF circuit and antenna design , testing, and optimization.
Deep knowledge of RF fundamentals, including impedance matching , S-parameters , and noise figure .
Experience with wireless standards such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa , and other ISM bands .
Proficiency with RF design software (e.g., ADS, CST, HFSS ) and lab equipment for testing and validation.
Experience designing PCBs with high-frequency considerations and mixed-signal integration .
Working knowledge of regulatory and certification requirements ( FCC, CE , etc.).
Experience with embedded systems, firmware, and low-power design.
Familiarity with IoT device architecture and cloud connectivity.
Understanding of EMC/EMI mitigation techniques.
Experience in Agile development environments.
Responsibilities
Design, simulate, and implement RF circuitry , including power amplifiers, LNAs , filters, matching networks, and transceivers.
Select, design, and integrate antenna solutions, performing tuning and layout optimization.
Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize high-frequency PCB layouts for signal integrity and impedance control.
Use RF test equipment like vector network analyzers and spectrum analyzers to validate and debug RF performance.
Ensure designs meet regulatory requirements ( FCC, CE ) and support certification testing.
Participate in the product development lifecycle from definition to manufacturing.
Work with cross-functional teams (hardware, firmware, software) to support system-level integration.
