Leads technical aspect of proposal preparation.
Identifies critical performance measures and develops processes for computing them.
Leads activities in support of Supplier Management with make/buy recommendations and other technical services.
Coordinates engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product.
Develops new concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements.
Recommends and manages technology insertion.
Works under consultative direction.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
7+ years of design experience in the field of RF SoC, SiP, mixed-signal and high-speed digital design.
Direct design experience on RF and mixed-signal design flow and design tools in advanced Si technologies.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
10+ year design experience in the field of RF SoC, SiP, mixed-signal and high-speed digital design.
Ability to monitor and perform in depth design reviews with subcontractors.
Experience with IC packaging.
Experience in RF/mixed signal design verification and product screening at SoC/SiP package level.
Project management experience with effective communication skills to interact with subcontractors, design and component engineers, and reliability/quality engineers.
Active Secret, Top Secret, or SSBI Clearance
