The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate include the following: Designing custom equipment machines from concept through completion Creating custom automation and robotic work cell equipment Finding solutions to problems Seeing jobs through to production Working as a team Managing projects within time constraints The background of the successful candidate must include the following: A four year degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering Two or more years of custom equipment machine design experience from concept to completion Two or more years of 3D SolidWorks experience An understanding of machine tool, material science, hydraulic and pneumatic concepts An understanding of machine design and power transmission Possess a solid work history Being a US citizen or green card holder Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
