Position Overview As a Sales Engineer , you’ll partner directly with customers to solve complex engineering challenges, driving the development of new, cutting-edge products. You will proactively seek business development opportunities and introduce innovative solutions into applications spanning aerospace, space exploration, automotive, diagnostics, oil and gas, motorsports, and beyond. Key Responsibilities Manage your own customer territory across multiple industries, including aerospace, automotive, medical, scientific instruments, and space exploration.
Collaborate with customers to solve engineering problems in their next-generation technologies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product design, manufacturing, assembly, quality, program management, and purchasing.
Identify and develop new business and product opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
Create and manage your own schedule (including travel) to maximize engagement within your territory.
Qualifications Required: Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline).
Ability to explain and discuss complex technical concepts with both engineers and non-technical decision makers.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and industry events.
Preferred: 0–4 years of technical sales experience.
