Your strong communication skills and positive, honest approach make you an asset to any team. What You’ll Be Doing: Designing custom analog layout IPs (high-speed IOs, PLLs, DLLs, bandgaps, macros). Optimizing layout for performance, area, and yield. Performing layout verification (DRC, LVS, ERC, ESD, PERC, DFM). Collaborating globally with design, package, and integration teams. Mentoring junior engineers and leading layout blocks as needed. Enhancing layout flows and participating in research for future products. The Impact You Will Have: Delivering reliable, high-performance analog IPs for cutting-edge products. Ensuring first-time-right silicon through meticulous layout and verification. Improving layout quality and efficiency across teams. Mentoring and developing junior engineering talent. Driving innovation in layout methodologies and flows. Supporting seamless global collaboration and integration. What You’ll Need: BS in Electronics Engineering, Electromechanics, or Telecommunications. 3+ years in custom analog layout design. Experience with Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Calibre, and ICV tools. Knowledge of semiconductor processes, MOSFET fundamentals, and advanced layout techniques.
