Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Healthcare / Clinical / Surgical/Procedural) with strong clinical data experience, especially in surgical/procedural and scheduled appointment data. This position is 100% remote and requires someone who works independently and proactively, with strong ownership of their daily work.
Responsibilities:
Support clinical data warehouse work for scheduled appointments & procedural data.
Validate data discrepancies and help trace workflow issues.
Work in SQL/BigQuery to understand and troubleshoot data.
Use SIAMED for terminology normalization.
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple EMR data sources.
Required:
3+ years of Senior Business Analyst level experience
Experience gathering and validating clinical data requirements.
Strong understanding of clinical data workflows and data integrity validation.
SNOMED knowledge.
Experience with one or more: Epic, Cerner, Allscripts/Altera, Athena (ambulatory)
Entry-level SQL is acceptable (SELECT, FROM, WHERE).
Comfortable representing the Clinical Data Products team.
Preferred:
Experience with LOINC, FHIR.
Experience with HL7, CDA.
Big Query experience is a plus, not required.
Surgical/procedural workflow familiarity.
Clinical background (RN, clinical informatics, etc.) is welcome but not required.
Experience with multiple EMRs and large healthcare organizations.
Additional Details:
Fully remote; align with Central Time business hours.
No travel required.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $60.00-$63.00/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
