Senior Civil Engineer Site Development

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid/Remote Options Available)

Were partnered with a nationally ranked design firm seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead site development projects across commercial, residential, and institutional markets. The role focuses on design execution, quality control, and mentoring junior engineers within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare site layout, grading, drainage, and utility designs
• Manage permitting processes and agency coordination
• Support project budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC review
• Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other consultants

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (P.E. preferred)
• 510+ years of civil engineering experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and stormwater modeling tools
• Experience with land development, zoning, and permitting

Compensation: $100K$130K Base + Bonus | Full Benefits | Career Development Track
