We are actively seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (PE) to join our innovative and fast-paced team! This leadership role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer with a strong foundation in civil site development , exceptional technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping large-scale, multi-discipline projects across the commercial, federal, municipal, retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors nationwide.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage civil engineering site development projects from concept through construction.

Create design proposals, feasibility studies, design narratives, reports, and system modeling.

Conduct reviews of site surveys, geotechnical reports, and specifications.

Oversee the development of civil design drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D .

Attend and contribute to client meetings, site visits, and city development meetings.

Prepare construction observation reports and respond to RFIs during bidding and construction.

Support team development and establish standards for drawing quality and process improvement.

Qualifications:

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) multi-state licensure

510 years of experience in civil design

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to estimate project fees and develop proposals

Willingness to travel locally and nationally as needed Knowledge of:

Local codes and design trends

Federal Facility Criteria / Whole Building Design Guide (WBDG)

Architectural/engineering project environments
