As a member of Cloud Operations, you will be responsible for the reliability and availability of Pegasystems' cloud service offerings. At Pega, you will: Own database reliability, automation, and performance. Manage alerts, incidents, service requests, and changes within SLA. Handle customer escalations and troubleshoot environment issues. Utilize AWS DMS for migration projects with minimal downtime. Collaborate with product teams on defects and enhancements. Create operational runbooks and automate repetitive tasks. Support multiple projects and participate in an on-call rotation. Who you are: Experienced in enterprise cloud environments supporting SaaS applications. Self-motivated, inquisitive, and customer-focused. Able to work with global, remote teams and learn new technologies quickly. Your background: 5+ years in operational or engineering roles with mission-critical databases. Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, Linux, and DevOps tools. Knowledge of Java, scripting, and web server administration is a plus.
