Senior Controls Engineer – Manufacturing Automation Location: Onsite | Ellabell, GA (Relocation Assistance Available) Employment Type: Full-Time A leading advanced manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to join its growing team at a high-tech facility near Savannah, Georgia. This role focuses on automation systems within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and optimize advanced automation and controls systems Troubleshoot and enhance Mitsubishi PLC programs and HMI interfaces Analyze system performance (OEE) and drive continuous improvement initiatives Support integration of new production lines and automation upgrades Train technical staff on automation systems and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design and error-proofing Qualifications: 7+ years of controls engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with Mitsubishi PLCs (required) Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field Strong working knowledge of automation controls, sensors, and HMI troubleshooting Preferred Skills: Experience with Siemens PLCs Background in battery manufacturing, clean energy, or similar high-tech industries Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English Additional Details: Full relocation assistance is available Competitive salary and benefits package offered Role is 100% onsite in Ellabell, GA
