Description: Join the Multi-Domain Solutions Division within National Security at Leidos as a Senior Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE). Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Cybersecurity. Primary Responsibilities: Lead Cybersecurity initiatives for a global network, ensuring robust security measures are in place. Develop and maintain a comprehensive Risk Management Framework (RMF) package for the accreditation of the DI Network. Provide essential Cyber Support for various missions, tests, training, and planning systems associated with fielded systems. Plan, conduct, and manage network security in accordance with DoD RMF standards and relevant documents, templates, and control packages developed by the ABMS Consortium. Assist in obtaining and retaining Authority to Operate (ATO), Authority to Connect (ATC), and Interconnection Security Agreements (ISA) necessary for sustained network operations. Maintain Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) with progress tracking as per applicable guidelines and timelines. Interface with various stakeholders including the Air Force, UARCs, and FFRDCs to ensure operational objectives of the ABMS DI network are met. Facilitate the exchange of technical and programmatic information to support ABMS DI Network goals. Participate actively in Working Groups, IPTs, and both formal and informal technical reviews. Basic Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of a Secret clearance with the potential to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Bachelor’s degree and 12-15 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in Cybersecurity management and maintaining system ATO through the RMF process. Must achieve DoD-Approved Baseline IAM Level III and/or IASAE III certification within 6 months of assignment. At least 10 years of experience in security management of a Government network, with a minimum of 5 years focused on NIST FIPS-199 Moderate/High systems or National Security Systems. Strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and technical experts. Ability to lead cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution in complex system integration activities. Familiarity with security requirements for Cloud and Edge Computing, Cybersecurity, and C4ISR systems. Demonstrated experience with Agile program execution and tools like JIRA and Confluence. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with JADC2 initiatives. Experience managing projects within the Department of the Air Force. Experience with complex multi-domain systems and cross-domain solutions. Familiarity with large weapons systems and DoD command and control platforms.
