Supporting Depot
Support uptime, reliability, and customer satisfaction with LCMS systems
Contribute to training and mentoring less experienced technicians
Improve preventative maintenance coverage and service metrics
Help scale the Field Service division with experienced senior talent What you must have:
8+ years of experience in industrial or clinical lab settings
Advanced service expertise in Sciex LC/MS and Shimadzu HPLC/UPLC
Training and mentorship experience
Degree in Chemistry, Medical Technology, Engineering, or similar
