Senior Design/Lead Engineer

Location: Oak Brook, IL, United States Long term Contract (Onsite) Position Details: Domain/Primary Skill: Agricultural Tractor Cab Design/ Automotive/ Aerospace Sub-Domain: Interior Cab Design (Plastics, Metals, Composites, Electrical) Key Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership for the cab design program across cash crop high and 4WD tractor platforms, including launch phase support and issue resolution. Lead the design process from concept initiation to final production for the new cab. Track and resolve issues related to design and production phases. Required Tools Expertise: Creo Interior, Plastic, surface, plastic injection Teamcenter Experience Requirements: 7+ Extensive hands-on experience with agricultural cab design. Extensive experience with plastics, interiors, etc. Prior experience working with Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently with minimal supervision, including launch support and troubleshooting. Proven track record of successfully delivering design projects on schedule.
