We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to assist with the maintenance, development, and implementation of our intranet systems. The candidate must have a solid development background across multiple disciplines, including J2EE web application development, Java client/server development, and database development. Requirements: 9+ years in DevOps and web-based system development, including Java experience with intranet systems. Experienced Java Developer with knowledge in areas such as the full J2EE stack, RIA frameworks, Spring, iBatis/Hibernate/JPA, Java, JDBC, JSP/Servlet, Web Services, JMS, etc. Experience with application servers like WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, or Sun One J2EE WAS. Experience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSON, JavaScript, AJAX. Experience with database modeling with RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, MariaDB, etc.). Experience developing stored procedures and functions in RDBMS. Experience with multiple server operating systems: UNIX, Linux, Windows. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with an IT focus. ETL development experience with tools like Alteryx, Oracle Data Integrator, MS SQL SSIS, etc. (preferred). BI reporting tool development experience (Tableau, MS Power BI, etc.) (preferred). Experience working with Samsung Global Systems such as Next ERP/GSCM (preferred). Understanding of the full ETL lifecycle: analysis, architecture, design, development, data extraction, staging and storage, transformation, presentation, testing, and cutover/go-live planning (preferred).
