We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Digital Workplace Engineer to support and enhance our digital workplace infrastructure. This role focuses on improving user experience, optimizing technology adoption, and ensuring high satisfaction with IT endpoint services. The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage solutions that boost productivity and collaboration across the organization, bridging IT operations and user needs through intuitive and accessible technology. Key Responsibilities: Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy digital workplace solutions such as collaboration tools, communication platforms, and cloud services. Lead or support initiatives to improve user experience and communicate the benefits of technological advancements to internal stakeholders. Customer Support: Collaborate with diverse teams to meet technical goals, leverage innovative endpoint tools like Co-Pilot, and ensure M365 offerings align with user needs and operational objectives. System Management: Oversee daily management, configuration, and optimization of endpoint systems, ensuring security and efficiency. Technical Support: Handle escalated technical issues, automate processes, and support the technical design of scalable M365 solutions. Security and Compliance: Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Reporting: Develop and monitor key metrics and KPIs, maintaining up-to-date knowledge articles. Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and promote technological innovation. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver endpoint solutions and drive business outcomes. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and technology developments, identifying opportunities for enhancement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 5 years in IT, with experience in endpoint engineering or similar roles. Proficiency in automated workstation builds, software deployment, and scripting. Experience supporting Windows, Mobile, Citrix, and Virtual Machines. Knowledge of modern workplace technologies such as Office 365, Intune, Autopilot, and AI tools. Experience with Azure cloud platform. Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Desired Qualifications: Microsoft or M365 certifications. Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Microsoft Graph). Knowledge of Microsoft’s Generative AI tools (Copilot, CoPilot Studio). Compensation: Salary range of $108,000 - $202,000, determined during the interview based on experience and expertise.
