Senior Electrical/Controls Engineer
As a Senior Electrical/Controls Engineer in the Innovation & Development organization at Card-Monroe Corp., you will play a critical role in a diverse array of projects that span from initial conceptualization to implementation. This position requires you to provide technical leadership throughout the entire lifecycle, including project planning, design, and manufacturing phases. Your expertise will guide in-house testing processes and ensure successful installation. Additionally, you will be responsible for the development of comprehensive machine documentation to support ongoing operations.

To thrive as a Senior Electrical/Controls Engineer at Card-Monroe Corp., you must possess a robust blend of leadership and technical skills, with a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience. Proficiency in electrical design and troubleshooting of complex electro-mechanical systems and automation solutions is essential. A broad technical understanding, along with a proven track record in electrical component specification and architecture design, will set you apart. You should have strong experience with PLCs and multi-axis servo motor control systems, encompassing programming and setup. Additionally, expertise in industrial communication protocols such as CAN bus, EtherCAT, and Serco is required for effective project execution.
Familiarity with NEC, NFPA70E, CE, UL, and various industrial electrical codes and safety standards is crucial for maintaining compliance and safety. Your adeptness in PC configuration and industrial interfaces will further enhance your contributions to our innovative projects.
