Youll lead cross-functional projects, mentor engineers, and drive software/hardware integration for complex embedded systems. Key ** Develop and debug embedded software (Linux, FreeRTOS). Integrate and validate hardware features. Lead projects and mentor junior engineers. Troubleshoot system-level issues and analyze schematics. Optimize performance, memory, and power usage. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation.

Bachelors in engineering; 7+ years in embedded development. 5+ years of C/C++ experience. Strong with ARM, peripheral interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, etc.), and debugging tools. Familiar with Git, Agile, CI/CD, and scripting (Python, Bash).

*** Masters degree, CAN/Modbus protocol knowledge.
