Create detailed specifications for product testing for mobile-mapping, surveying and software equipment, most notably Printed Circuit Board (PCBs) based on technical specifications for the product and its block diagram, including determining certain testing direction for organization's hardware and software. Work in unison with Quality Assurance (QA) department to analyze test results/problems and reasons for returning devices from the field and perform end-to-end analysis of block diagrams and schematic diagrams of the product. Analyze circuit platform for test suitability, selecting test and diagnostic equipment at the best price-to-capabilities ratio, and develop documentation for specific test equipment while supporting its implementation. Develop embedded and application software for testing and implement testing on new devices in production. Review quality of GNSS hardware in terms of design verification, reliability, and failure analysis, as well as coordinate with global teams regarding manufacturing engineering and QA control issues and processes. Assist with the Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) process for organization on an international-level using real-time operating system (RTOS) knowledge used in GNSS. Help improve EMC/EMI and reduce the noise on the PCB as well as the quality of PCB Design and organization systems through recommendations directly from IC manufacturers using experienced in digital interfaces, such as UART, SPI, I2C, LVDS, Ethernet, USB 3.0, DDR3, and eMMC. Help create library parts (symbols/footprints) according to IPC-7351B standards. Design schematic and PCB Layout for company's products using Zuken CAD according to IPC-2221, IPC-2222, IPC-2223 standards. Help organize interactions between Digital and PCB Layout Departments by Jira and utilize Zuken (Design Editor, Design Force, System Planner) tools to assist the company as necessary with technical tools and features as well as to reduce the time needed to develop devices and quickly replace parts that could not be purchased. Analyze modern schematic, technological, and hardware solutions and the prospects of their application in the organizations products, utilizing knowledge of Altium Designer, Zuken, PCAD, NI Multisim development, and circuit design. Participate in system design process of final product using CAD System tools. Debug and launch devices as well as debug and improve circuit designs using modern oscilloscopes, power supplies, repeaters, and spectrum analyzers from Agilent Technologies. Create FW tests for analyzing and debugging the devices using C/C++/Python. Analyze initial requirements and specification objectives to develop optimal solutions and develop schematic solutions for organization's products in accordance with user requirements. Develop schematic diagrams, debug and test prototypes, and support production as needed. Help resolve issues related to digital design in the mass production of company products.
