Job Title: Senior Engineer, Software Development Engineering Job Requisition: R253372 Job Location: Boston, Massachusetts Job Type: Full Time Rate of Pay: $108,846.00 to $163,200.00 per year Duties: Collaborate with product teams to conduct threat assessments and security risk analyses of products with and without Threat Modeling tools. Train and educate teams regarding product security and play an integral role as a member of ADI’s product security team. Research and create threat inventory using Mitre and other resources. Identify Security Vulnerabilities in Products, and work with Product Teams to remediate issues or define mitigations in a cost-effective manner. Liaise with Product Teams within ADI across multiple market segments and with external Customers. Conduct Product Security Training sessions and educate Product Teams on Security Function as a member on the ADI Product Security Incident Response Team, and execute Vulnerability Assessments. Contribute to ADI’s Product Security Roadmap. Partial telecommute benefit of 2 days/week WFH permitted. Requirements: Must have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study (or foreign education equivalent) and 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar occupation addressing security standards and mechanisms used for communication and storage. Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) with Software Security mechanisms in Secure Development Lifecycle. DE with Hardware Security mechanisms. DE with at least one of the following Industry Communication Protocols: CAN, Ethernet, Modbus. DE assimilating and identifying security issues using at least one of the following languages: C, Assembly, Python, RTL, VHDL, or Verilog. DE with at least one of the following sensing technologies: LiDAR, Radar or Ultrasonic sensors as applied to automotive safety and security. Experience with more than one of the following compliance certifications: ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, FIPS 140-2, or HITRUST. Experience and skills may be gained during a graduate program of study.
