Equipment Engineering Team

This role is responsible for providing specifications, acquisition, installation oversight and acceptance testing of capital equipment for manufacturing and test applications across all Bell sites. Senior Equipment Engineer Specialist is also responsible for assisting in identification and implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies as well as determining the remaining useful life of equipment through life cycle analysis.

Skills You Bring To this Role

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

•This position must work well in a team environment, be action/results oriented, and demonstrate team and project leadership ability.

•Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and AutoCad are desired.

•Team player with the desire, passion, and motivation

•Experience in developing, implementing, and improving processes.

•Organized, detailed oriented and able to handle high volume of tasks and deliverables.

What you need to be successful

•Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or other engineering discipline required

•5+ years of engineering in a related field required

•Ability to influence cross-functional teams and projects and achieve goals.

•Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing and at all levels of the organization

•Fosters a strong entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities with limited resources.
