In this roll you'll architect and implement innovative eCommerce and sales tools that drive ARR growth and enhance customer satisfaction, making a tangible impact on how Toast sells and expands. More About this roll* (Responsibilities)
Design, architect and implement the front-end experience for our eCommerce and sales tool applications in collaboration with product management and designers. Follow best practices for testing front-end applications, including unit, integration and end-to-end testing Review code to ensure technical implementation meets functional requirements Ship code that has a massive impact on the growth of Toast and its customers. Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements) Minimum 5 years of experience building and scaling frontend ecommerce applications Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript and related front end tools Strong understanding of eCommerce specific challenges such as pricing, promotions, product bundling, checkout optimizations and user personalization Experience with testing frameworks, writing unit and integration tests and believing in automation to maintain software quality Know how to prioritize technical requirements and design needs Growth mindset with an emphasis on learning and self/team-improvement Passionate about the restaurant industry Enjoy working in a team environment with a shared code-base

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).

$134,000-$214,000 USD
