Executive Search | Investor | Strategic Advisor Senior Full Stack Engineer Location: Redwood City, CA, 5 days a week in office Experience: 5–8 years Stage: Early-stage, venture-backed startup in the $4T CPG space About the Company Our client is building a platform that radically simplifies the supply chain for consumer packaged goods (CPG)—a $4T industry that shapes what we eat, use, and buy. Their mission is to make it as easy to launch a physical product as it is to launch a website. They’re building a one-stop interface to streamline sourcing, production, and launch—so product builders don’t waste cycles on sourcing suppliers, wrangling spreadsheets, or chasing down emails. Their vision is to empower creators, founders, and teams of all sizes to spend more time on what they’re building and less time on how they build it. Founded by repeat entrepreneurs with deep experience in the CPG and sourcing software space, and backed by leading investors, they’re hiring a founding team of engineers to bring this vision to life. Why This Role You’ll help shape the product, company, and culture from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the founders and early team to define and build a fast, beautiful, scalable experience for users. You’ll also help define engineering culture and best practices. This is a high-trust, high-ownership environment. You’ll have the chance to make meaningful technical decisions and ship major product features with speed. Everyone on the team is hands-on, ambitious, and deeply invested in building something that matters. You’ll also work in person, every day.
