What You’ll Do: Architect, build, and refine core platform features using the Microsoft tech stack
Write elegant, testable code that runs at scale

Own the full SDLC — from system design and documentation to deployment and optimization
Collaborate across teams to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade legacy systems with surgical precision

What You Bring: Real-world experience as a Software Engineer or Developer
Proficiency with .NET, C#, MS SQL Server, and full-stack web technologies (ASPX, MVC, Angular, jQuery, Web Services)
Experience with test-driven development and engineering best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for technical detail
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
