Senior It/Ot Infrastructure Engineer

PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT/OT Infrastructure Engineer for a contract engagement. This role requires a subject matter expert to support the convergence of our Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure. You will be a key technical contributor, applying your deep infrastructure expertise to projects within our manufacturing and plant environments. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical expert with a strong background in implementing and managing secure and reliable infrastructure in OT/Industrial Control System (ICS) settings. You will be responsible for the technical execution of projects and will partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure solutions align with PepsiCo's technical standards and security postures.

Skills and Requirements:

• 10-12 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, with a significant focus on implementation and support within Operational Technology (OT) / Industrial Control System (ICS) environments.
• Networking: Cisco, Hirschmann; LAN/WAN and industrial Wi-Fi.
• Security: Palo Alto, Fortinet; segmentation and industrial protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP).
• Compute & Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V in HA environments.
• OT Security: Patching, whitelisting, antimalware, backup/recovery.
• Threat Detection: Familiarity with Nozomi, Dragos, or Claroty.
• Project Delivery: Proven success in complex infrastructure rollouts.
• CCNA/CCNP, PCNSA/PCNSE, VCP, or industrial networking credentials.
