Responsibilities: Integrate communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, and transmission protocols into complete network configurations. Evaluate new products and perform network problem resolution. Assist in developing and documenting technical standards and corporate policies. Design and implement network enhancements and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage projects involving network planning, configuration, and optimization. Monitor network performance to ensure maximum system availability and reliability. Proactively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Configure and manage MikroTik RouterOS v6 and v7 devices. Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation for operational teams. Support and maintain service provider wireless P2P and M2P links from vendors such as Cambium, Siklu, Integra/SAF, and Tarana. Perform field replacements and upgrades of MikroTik devices as needed. Administer systems and servers related to network availability for authorized users. Troubleshoot malfunctions of network hardware and software to resolve operational issues and restore services.
