Position Title: Senior Network Engineer 
Location: Hanover, MD
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI

Position Overview:

Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.

The Senior Network Engineer designs, implements, and maintains secure and resilient network infrastructure in support of mission-critical DoD systems operating in classified environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design network architecture and ensure integration with system components.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs across secure networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation including diagrams and configurations.
• Support cybersecurity compliance and implement secure network protocols.
• Lead network upgrades, migrations, and capacity planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in network engineering roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and DoD networking standards.
• Experience supporting SIPR/NIPR, classified enclaves, and RMF-compliant systems.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
