We are currently seeking Systems Engineers to join our team based in Huntsville, AL. As a member of this team, you will be an individual contributor supporting the development and qualification of missile defense system hardware and software by assisting with system design, requirements, and testing for C2 and Radar domains. You may support the development of formal and deliverable documentation to meet customer needs and address major milestone entrance/exit criteria. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in STEM related field, and 10 years of related experience Must have a current active Secret Clearance Recent experience, or degree, in a Systems Engineering Understanding of an Agile development environment Ability and willingness to interact with other team members, teams, products, and customers Demonstratable, and excellent, written and oral skills Must be able to support an in-person / closed-area work environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with requirements review, decomposition and certification Experience with on an MDA weapons systems Experience creating briefings and charts Experience with DOORS C2 and Radar domain experience desired We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
