Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university * Registered Professional Engineer in Colorado * 4 - 6 years minimum of related skills and experience * Solid experience in the civil engineering field * Proficiency in Civil 3D * Ability to develop, design, and draft construction plans * Strong understanding of grading, utility design, and site plan design * Capability to complete drainage calculations using various software for hydraulic and hydrology analysis * Capability to complete calculations using various software for sanitary and water hydraulic analysis * Comfortable working with different personalities and professional styles * Strong communication skills * Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail * Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment
