JD: Responsibilities: Serve in a team leader capacity with large-scale platform testing (e.g.,SAP, JDA) Lead the implementation, build-out, or expansion of automated testing tools Coordinate and schedule testing programs with project and program teams Report testing outcomes to project stakeholders Coordinate the work of 3rd party Quality Assurance teams Perform quality and testing audits across IT functions to ensure adherence to standards and methodologies Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities for QA programs Understand various programming languages (e.g., ABAP, Java, C#, Perl, Python) and deployment tools such as Turnover, QGM/Solution Manager, and DevOps/CI-CD practices Execute both manual and automated tests, document results and defects, and assist in troubleshooting and resolution Create, run, and maintain reports to measure and track testing metrics Participate in test automation including framework design, script development, and maintenance Stay current on QA best practices and tools and deliver QA process training to IT teams Provide coaching and development for Quality Assurance Analysts Lead and direct offshore testing programs Serve as a thought leader by maintaining expertise in QA leading practices Report Client ALM QA metrics and testing status to project and application teams Support integration testing cycles through script execution, coaching SAP super users, and defect resolution Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, Master's Degree preferred 4+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer with functional manual testing experience 4+ years of experience in Mobile test automation using Appium Mobile and API integration testing experience 4+ years of experience with JavaScript Experience with HeadSpin/ BrowserStack/Sauce Labs Experience working on eCommerce (B2B/B2C) Experience with iOS delivery - getting a new app to the app store Experience with JIRA Test Management tools, Experience testing in a cloud environment - AWS Strong knowledge of API testing in Postman/Rest Assured Expertise in application test planning, execution, and tools Ability to demonstrate Agile delivery values, SAFe Agile Certification preferred Experience with regression and performance testing for scheduled releases Experience with DevOps/CI-CD methodologies
